Bobra Goldsmith, owner and operator of Rocky Mountain Llamas, has written prolifically over the 29 years she's been involved in the llama world. Many of her articles have appeared in numerous magazines, and she's one of the most often quoted llama trainers, her techniques and insights highly regarded, and revered as a superior breeder of true, classic short-wool llamas. Her training videos and DVDs are sold world-wide. She works annually with the Forest Service, using her llamas to take supplies to areas unreachable by motor vehicles. Rocky Mountain Llamas sponsors the Boulder County Lleaping Llamas 4H and many 4H activities. She continues to breed on a very limited and specialized basis, offers training clinics at her ranch, private consultations and clinics off-site, and still runs a herd of about 150 llamas and alpacas, including our camelid boarders. There's not much Bobra hasn't seen or done in this llama world, and her insights are invaluable to old and new llama lovers, and to those just curious about this unique lifestyle.
