Schedule and Rates

We want to take provide as many people (and llamas) as possible with this great opportunity to work with Jim at this remarkably low cost, so we'll start early and work through the day on Saturday. On Sunday morning, participants who want to do more, or more specific, work with their llamas can return for a half-day "advanced" session.

Registration begins at 8:30 on Saturday, and the workshop begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. According to Jim himself, "The workshop goes until I'm the only one left still with energy to play with llamas. :) " If you need to more specific times, the workshop will continue until at least 4:00 pm and possibly as late as 6:00 pm for those who want to stay.

Sunday also begins at 9:00 a.m. If you haven't signed up for Sunday, but decide to while you're here on Saturday, you can pay that afternoon or Sunday morning between 8:30 and 9:00.

Necessaries

If you're from this area, you know how changeable our weather can be! You'll be outside most of the day, so please prepare and dress accordingly: hat, jacket suitable to the day's forecast, comfortable closed-toe/heel shoes, etc. Also bring sunscreen, drinks, rain gear, your own mid-morning/afternoon snacks, etc.

We'll have coffee prepared in the morning, and water available through the day.

ANIMALS: If you're bringing a llama or alpaca, please bring hay and water for your animal(s). We'll have plenty of stalls and pens.

LUNCH: Bring your own lunch; or for $10, we are offering excellent box lunches from City Chicks Food & Flix in Lyons, CO. Please make your selection where indicated in the registration form; and include payment with your registration.

You may pay for the clinic in a number of ways:
