Swiss bells, imported from (you guessed it) Switzerland, sound like old-fashioned cow bells, only not so clanky. Large and small sizes.
Brass bell, made in NY, has a clear tone.
Copper bell, also made in NY, has a tinny sound.

If you have an older version of Ollie, the Shasta, you will need a shorter cinch, 16" or 18". You can replace the fleece cinches on the Timberline saddles with two of these, generally the 24" ones.
